Frequently asked questions
Here are answers to some of the questions we hear most from homeowners and landowners before they book a job. If you don’t see your question here, give us a call — we’re happy to talk it through.

What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Old Fort, TN, and serve a roughly 100-mile radius from there, including Cleveland, Chattanooga, Chatsworth, and Ringgold. We reach as far north as the Knoxville area, but generally don’t take jobs deep into the Atlanta metro.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. We come out, look at the property in person, and give you a straightforward estimate at no cost.
What kind of properties do you work on?
Right now we focus on residential properties and land owned by individuals rather than businesses — homes, mobile homes, garages, sheds, and privately owned land.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes. We offer 10% off for military, veterans, law enforcement, first responders, and senior citizens.
What are your hours?
We’re available 24/7. Reach out anytime and we’ll get back to you to schedule a time to come look at your property.
Do you handle permits and utility shutoffs?
Yes. Before demolition begins, we handle the necessary paperwork and coordinate utility disconnects so everything is done safely and in order.
What happens to the debris after a demolition or clearing job?
We handle site cleanup and hauling as part of the job, so materials are removed and disposed of responsibly rather than left behind.
Is it just you doing the work?
Most jobs are handled by Ronald directly. For larger jobs that call for extra equipment or manpower, he brings in a trusted operator he’s worked with for years, so bigger jobs still get done without delay.
